We are building an innovation district to rewrite history on how we Live, Work, Play, Learn, and Giveback. Magic City Innovation District is an 8 million square foot, mixed-use development, zoned for eight-25 story apartment buildings, six 20-story office towers, a 420-room hotel, 320,000 feet of retail and over 4 acres of promenade and public spaces.

His talents are widely known for providing significant financial returns for his investors and building teams dedicated to delivering leading industry solutions.  Zangrillo has served as a Founder, Chairman, CEO, Board Member, Investor, and/or Advisor for over sixteen (16) Unicorn companies, including eight (8) Decacorns which consist of Dick’s Sporting Goods, DiDi, Digital Turbine, Twitter, Uber Technologies, Ulta Beauty, Zynga, and Facebook/Meta to reach the Trillion-Dollar Club.

Over the last several years, Zangrillo has piloted investments in commercial real estate development. He is the founder and largest investor in the Magic City Innovation District, in Little Haiti, Miami, Florida. This emerging district is approximately 8 million square feet of development, including residential, commercial, retail, and hotel space.

Zangrillo received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School and his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Vermont . He also completed the Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management (MIT Management)

Zangrillo is also a well- known Philanthropist and the founder of The Zangrillo Family Foundation, which supports teenagers in Miami through the Tech Lab in Little Haiti, Miami, the Global Empowerment and Mentorship Backpack Project, as well as several charities dedicated to preserving the Amazon Rainforest. Zangrillo has previously been a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he served on the Budget and Finance Committee.
