Founded in 2012, Dragon Global Miami Real Estate Development is a privately-owned and operated real estate investment and development company focused on investments within the urban core of Miami, Florida, across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
As strategic real estate investors, we partner with local developers to help invest in and shape communities. Our Focus is on developing Live, Work, Play, and Learn communities focused on innovation with Four Key Pillars: Art & Entertainment, Health & Wellness, Sustainability, and Technology. Our investments currently include the Magic City Innovation District where we are building over 8 million square feet of mixed-use vertical development located in Miami, Florida.

We are building an innovation district to rewrite history on how we Live, Work, Play, Learn, and Giveback.
Magic City Innovation District is an 8 million square foot, mixed-use development, zoned for eight-25 story apartment buildings, six 20-story office towers, 420 hotel rooms, 320,000 feet of retail and over 4 acres of art promenade and public spaces.
Wynwood 29
Dragon Global partnered with Related Group to develop Wynwood 29. We completed and sold a 249-unit apartment building with 24,000 square feet of commercial space in Wynwood, Miami.
Oct 16, 2023 The Pérez family’s Related Group and Bob Zangrillo’s Dragon Global Management sold the pair of buildings with 248 units at Wynwood 29 for $135M to Berkshire Residential. The sale equates to $544K per unit.

We are building a 570,000 square foot mixed-use project on the Miami River with a Riverwalk, marina, and restaurants to provide a unique experience for Miami residents and visitors.
